This was Go Bear AI's first offline event, designed to significantly increase brand awareness for its innovative AI-powered job search service. The purpose was to empower over 100 job seekers to navigate New Zealand's challenging job market by providing cutting-edge AI tools and invaluable insights from industry experts. 

As a volunteer team member, I enthusiastically took on this role to gain deeper insights into the dynamic NZ job market and to further my understanding of AI's practical applications. My passion for events and creative content made this a truly enjoyable and rewarding experience. 

I was involved in ensuring the event's success through contributions in attendee feedback survey, event photography, and comprehensive post-event activities, including the event report, follow-up communications, video recap, and social content creation.

The event's agenda included presentations from industry professionals, inspiring success stories from existing Go Bear AI users, 

and dedicated networking sessions.

Overall Achievements (Based on Survey Results):

High Satisfaction: 97.5% of attendees rated their overall experience as 4 or 5 (Excellent).

Strong Future Engagement: 100% of respondents expressed interest in attending future Go Bear AI events.
